Grade Sheets

Pre-printed Grade Check Sheets are available

 at the Athletic Director's Office and

a .pdf file is available on our Grade Check Forms page.

Our goal is to see your child graduate on-time with their classmates

and to remain eligible for athletics throughout the year.

Parents, teachers, coaches, and student-athletes

should keep this a top priority.

Grade sheets help by providing a snapshot of your child's progress

and can help identify any negative trends before they become a problem.

Parents should review grade sheets before players present them to coaches.

An effective way for parents to communicate with teachers is via e-mail.

E-mail addresses for teachers are available on the DHS website

Staff List / E-mail page and normally follow this format:

(first initial) (last name) @ dixon usd . org

For example, jdoe@dixonusd.org is the e-mail address for John Doe.

Visit the DHS website if you encounter any problems.

Please notify your child's teachers if they will miss a class

due to illness, injury, medical appointment, family emergency, etc.

Teachers normally return e-mails by noon the same workday

or early the next morning

and often provide assignments so your child does not fall behind.

If you do not have access to e-mail,

please contact Dixon High School teachers at (707) 693-6330.

Feel free to schedule appointments with your child's teachers also.

 If you wish to discuss your child's overall performance and future,

please contact their guidance counselor.
