Spring Football

2009 Schedule   

Spring Football is normally divided into three sections:

The week before Final's Week and the two weeks prior to Summer Camp.

 

Spring Football Part I

May 18-28, 2009

Spring Football Part I is scheduled for:

Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu the first week,

Tue-Wed-Thu the second week.

 

Incoming Freshman do NOT participate in this session.

 

 Cleats and running/tennis shoes are required for

on-field conditioning, weight lifting and chalk talk. 

Hydration and proper diet are paramount.

Bring sufficient water.

 

Spring Football Part II

Varsity

 

JV

 

June 9-12  &  June 15-18

Spring Football Part II is scheduled for the

Tuesday-Friday and Monday-Thursday

before Summer Camp.  

 

June 8-12  &  June 15-18

Spring Football Part II is scheduled for the

Monday-Friday and Monday-Thursday

before Summer Camp.  

 

Incoming Freshman do participate

in preparation for Summer Camp.

 

 

 

The dress code remains the same as Part I. 

 Cleats and running/tennis shoes are required for

on-field conditioning, weight lifting and chalk talk. 

Spirit pack shirts and shorts are to be worn, however,

pack an extra T-shirt or sweatshirt in your bag.

Hydration and proper diet are paramount.

Bring sufficient water.

 

 

 

Summer FOOTBALL CAMP

June 19-20-21

Spring Football culminates with a 3-day full contact camp at UCal Berkeley.
