Spring Football 2009 Schedule Spring Football is normally divided into three sections: The week before Final's Week and the two weeks prior to Summer Camp.
Spring Football Part I May 18-28, 2009 Spring Football Part I is scheduled for: Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu the first week, Tue-Wed-Thu the second week.
Incoming Freshman do NOT participate in this session.
Cleats and running/tennis shoes are required for on-field conditioning, weight lifting and chalk talk. Hydration and proper diet are paramount. Bring sufficient water.
Spring Football Part II
The dress code remains the same as Part I. Cleats and running/tennis shoes are required for on-field conditioning, weight lifting and chalk talk. Spirit pack shirts and shorts are to be worn, however, pack an extra T-shirt or sweatshirt in your bag. Hydration and proper diet are paramount. Bring sufficient water.
June 19-20-21 Spring Football culminates with a 3-day full contact camp at UCal Berkeley.
