Weight Lifting Strength and conditioning are vital to a winning program. It is equally important to begin learning the proper techniques early in preparation for your high school career. Power cleans, squats, and bench press are the primary strength exercises. This combination builds better athletes and produces an explosive power necessary for blocking and tackling. Dot Drill and speed/agility skills will increase your athletic potential and are critical to league and playoff competition.
OFF-SEASON Strength and Conditioning is normally accomplished 3-4 times per week. (Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday)
IN-SEASON Strength and Conditioning is normally accomplished 2 times per week. (As determined by each Head Coach)
